Flexible fishing facilities

The fishery was originally used as a quarry from the 1920s but due to continued flooding, it was decided to convert it into a fishery in 1993 by the owners and local farming Shanks family.

The fishery comprises two main fishing areas separated by a narrow access road and provides both bankside fishing facilities and pontoons extending into the water areas designed to suit every fisher’s requirements.
